Simple Summer Berry Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 40g frozen chopped mangoes
  • 40g frozen or fresh summer berries
  • 75ml natural yoghurt
  • 1 teaspoon runny honey
  • ½ Avocado (Optional)

Method:

  1. Put all your ingredients in a blender and pulse for 10 – 15 seconds. Then blend for 1 to 2 minutes until smooth.
  2. Pour your smoothie into a glass and enjoy

Tips & Extras:

  • Freeze in a container for 8 to 12 hours and make yourself healthy Italian style Frutti di Bosco Gelato (Ice cream)
  • Add freshly chopped fruits of your choice to bulk out our smoothie and make an Açaí bowl
