Ingredients:
- 40g frozen chopped mangoes
- 40g frozen or fresh summer berries
- 75ml natural yoghurt
- 1 teaspoon runny honey
- ½ Avocado (Optional)
Method:
- Put all your ingredients in a blender and pulse for 10 – 15 seconds. Then blend for 1 to 2 minutes until smooth.
- Pour your smoothie into a glass and enjoy
Tips & Extras:
- Freeze in a container for 8 to 12 hours and make yourself healthy Italian style Frutti di Bosco Gelato (Ice cream)
- Add freshly chopped fruits of your choice to bulk out our smoothie and make an Açaí bowl
